I'd rather be addicted to drugs than piercings and tats. At least you can stop the drug use BEFORE it has permanent affects on your body
Your addiction really is a recipe for disaster. You can legally get either when you're in your late teens and then have the rest of your life to live with them. Simple piercings aren't a problem, the ones that are stretched and become permanently so are. Tattoos need no explanation, none.
Just think before you allow a guy with a needle to change your body

I think piercings look weird, if not ugly, anywhere but the ears.
Tattoos can be cool or pretty in photos, but I wouldn't want something permanent like that on my girlfriend.

They are not likely to look good over time. They are very expensive to remove and it can leave scars. I don't mean to sound ultra conservative, but don't get ANY.
