these things like hip dips and thigh gaps are such minor things that people day to day don't really notice like you don't look at someone and say "yeah there attractive and have a good personality but she doesn't have a thigh gap and I can't get over those darn hip dips" like they're is not point being insecure about it because most people don't care

Being overweight is unattractive. If you have them naturally it' s fine if you have them cause of excess weight it would be not attractive.
