I've gone 3 days with no sleep before. It's difficult, I know. Just take life one day at a time. Focus on one problem at a time. Focus on something else to help you sleep, think of old memories. Think of where you wanna be in 5 years. Imagine what it would be like if one of your pets had babies. Keep your mind off the topic that is bugging you.

Try melatonin... you can find it in the Vitaminwater section of most pharmacies and grocery stores. 10mg always works for me. It's not addictive or anything. I just use it when nothing else works
I recommend going to your doctor. They can give you a one off sleeping tablet to help you.
Medicinal herbs.
Try chamomile, ginger, or lavender tea. Those herbs are known for their calming effects.
There are also many other calming, sleep m-inducing medicinal herbs and home remedies searchable online.

Read, that always help. Insomnia you got from the stress. I come here for the same reason, to pastime until I can sleep ot go to work. :) But if you really need help write me a messege o will wlk you ut of that hile you are in.
