Don't. Just grin and bear it while it largely does its own thing. And since my schlong's longer than my hand when fully erect, and no shorter than 4.5" even when totally limp, it tends to sneak its way out of the bottom of my boxers quite a lot. And then subsequently get hard-ons while crammed down one of my trouser legs, especially when I'm wearing jeans. Haha, I'll try to address your questions as best as I can.

It doesn't really get in the way of walking, no. It can be positioned in such a way that I adjust the way I walk, though. If the boys are kind of wedged closer to my thighs, I will walk with a bit wider of a gait, so as not to smoosh/pinch them.

You can't sit "on" it, no, but if your dick/balls are in the way, it's more difficult to sit with your legs together, because they could be right in between there. It can be painful. 🤪

As for rubbing against my jeans, it really just depends on how it's situated. I usually let it hang into my left pant leg. I'm not saying it hangs to my knee, or anything, but most guys pick a "side". As that's what I'm used to, the sensation is more muted. I can feel it, but I don't pay attention to it. If it gets jostled and/or somehow ends up on the right side, the feeling is a little more noticeable.

Some guys are showers, others growers. I think no matter who you are you get used to it. At the same time, I think growers have an easier time over all. Generally unless you're sitting on a bar like it's a horse you don't have issues with getting your member or sack damaged or caught or whatever.

From my experience: It doesn't get in the way, and its only been caught in a zipper when I wore jeans without any boxers (it hurt A LOT) but yeah aside from that it's not moving around. I'm not hard throughout 95% of the day so its easy to move around to adjust it in the undies. When it gets hard though, it can be tough to walk normally with a big bulge down there (because I try to hide it). Yes you can sit on your balls they will get under your thighs and well we are not crying for no reason or turning a shade of cherry red. Our banana as you call it depending on the size and Sensitivity of it well depends on what we have to wear under our clothes.
