Do you correct people on their grammar \typos?

I know I make many typos and I try to correct myself when I see I have messed up
But I have noticed nobody do that for other people on gag
I wouldn't be mad not even a bit if somebody correct me, it's helpful

I refrain from it, because most people don't want to have their grammar corrected, and correcting their grammar will only antagonize them.
And there really is no point in correcting a simple typo or accidental grammatical error.
I'll only start correcting someone if they've expressed a desire for me to correct them.

That said, I do audibly grind my teeth whenever I see someone deliberately slaughtering the English language--i. e., not because they don't know better, but because they're purposely negligent.

When ik others want to be corrected it is easier for me to do it, I hope it is like this for others too so I'm kindly telling everyone if can be gentle at correcting me then please please do it, I'm not native so I appreciate it a lot!

Back when typewriters were a thing, people seldom made typos because it was such a pain to fix mistakes. It forced people to think before they typed. Then word processors came along & people got super lazy... wasting 30 minutes to create a letter they would have done in 1-2 minutes in a typewriter!

depends on the typo/grammar used. if it is a simple typo like writing frend instead friends I don't mind, but when it changes the sentence into something strange or stupid like is raping instead of rapping, or someone uses a word where it doesn't apply, then I correct it.

Like I never type apostrophes, only time it gets put in, is when autocorrect puts it there.

No, not by habit. That's not my job. However yes if they particularly ask me to help them with their grammar then I do, yes. Only if they personally ask me.

But my German Autocorrection destroys every English words so i make many mistakes in English and so i can't correct another ones fault

If it's a message full of bad mistakes yes, but if it is one of, thing like your/you're, I don't bother. Social media/messaging isn't a formal communication method.

I only correct American spelling English words incorrectly... example... FantasiSe, licenCe, humoUr, centRE, coloUr, favoUrite, defenCe etc... Its so annoying

Yeam all the time. Especially when it's their mothertongue. I love all the there-their-they're and those kind of typos. Love them. I'm aware that i'm doing typos myself all the time though.

My mind works too fast for my keyboard so, I make some typos and, my fingers are kinda big too.
I generally correct them if, they mention a country name without starting it with a capital initial.

First that’s not my job, as long as I understand what they mean I am ok with it. Also it makes me feel as if I trying to be bossy and a show off.

Secondly many people here at GAG are from parts of the world where English is not their mother language, so I can imagine few errors here and there.
