How are you supposed to get around something like that? I've liked him since I saw him about a year and a half ago, I've been with my boyfriend for a year. I thought that these feelings would fade after a little while, but I can't stop thinking about him when he's around I try not to make it obvious...but I'm afraid someone's gonna catch on. I am not the cheating type and I love my boyfriend I just don't know what to do.

I ended up breaking up with him and I'm really glad I did, best decision ever. :] There were so many things wrong with our relationship, no wonder I was distracting myself with other guys. Thanks for all the support guys! :D

number 2, you can't help who you like or are in love with or whatever...it just happens...ppl need to understand that, what if this is the way you two were supposed to meet through your current bf?

number 4, after you break up with your current boyfriend, take some time...talk to his friend if you must, but you need to let the waters settle before doing anything, wait until he's over you adn wouldn't care about you seeing his friend...

look you really need to end this relationship, that's the bottom line and if you don't then your wasting your time and his time...in any relationshiop you shouldn't start liking someone else...and if you do, then it should be done, simple as that...

I think it may sound bad but I know you are right, I should probably break up with him but I don't want to hurt him. I like him too much, I can see myself with him, living together, getting married and such. He's pretty perfect for me, my family likes him, I like his family, but the problem is that I've been with him over a year and still don't know if this is love. I know I love him just don't know if I'm in love with him. It really sucks, because I don't know what I'd do without him.

I broke up with him a few days ago, he took it pretty well. I told him it was because I wanted to travel and I didn't want him to wait for me, also that I wanted him to get with other girls to see if this is love. I told him to take the oppurtunity to do what he would do if he wasn't with me. He eventually found out I was the one confused and he wanted us to find out together. I don't think it works that way though, if I don't love him by now then I don't think I ever will in the way he loves me.

Good girl..it may be hard but it's for the best! keep your head high and stay independent, in my eyes nothing is more attractive than a women who cam survive on their own and take care of themselves..it just means I don't have to fee to her every needs in a relationship and it can be equal(as far as responsibilities) :)

Well it'd a good thing that your boyfriend does not know this coming from a guys point of view. Again both sides have to understand that having feelings for someone else can very happy at any time before, during or even after starting a relationship with someone else. It's apart of human nature, having relations with someone else or cheating usually happen with a friend or someone you know relatively well. When you look at some random person what do you, you categorize and look for faults and good traits. You sometimes look at them if you can see yourself with that person. Your best match will be your best friend. On that guys shouldn't be the only side that goes and gets the girl, yes it's traditional and we are kind of brought up like that. We don't live in a traditional world you know. You should have got him first to see where it would have gone, everything happens for reason and since nothing happened it is probably ment you are suppose to be with him now. Things had led to it. Let your relationship run it's course and be faithful and if it wasn't ment to be it wasn't ment to be. We always hang out, but usually about 5-10 of his friends at a time, but I only really notice this person and I feel like I ask about him too much.
