Certain oils and spices are more concentrated than others; if you want the scientific definition of what's going on - nutmeg and cinnamon are both "high" concentration oils. Meaning that their scent/flavor is very strong. They are joined by others like cayenne, onions, and garlic. But at the end of the day, I wouldn't worry about it. If it continues for a few weeks, def see someone, especially if you aren't eating those things.
