Not trying to be racist and no offense to people of any colour (and without colour).

It's just a funny meme I found online. I'm quite confused since my answer isn't valid because I'm brown.

So, white and black people of gag, which coloured pencil would you pass?

I give him the white one, I have a light tune, and hell if he get offended by it, that is simply what I see in my head when someone tells me skin color
I wonder after all how it will have been the other way around, will they think I feel offended if they offer me the darker one?
I most likely just be confused, and I assume they will also be, if you hand them the one there not thinking about, then maybe relazing what happen burst in laughter I think will be the most correct result of this
I mean only one I see that be offended by this is someone that is looking to be offended by it

Give the guy both! In today's world it could be taken as an offense or not as an offense. So it's best to give both. Or at least like ask, do you want a darker or lighter skin tone.

It's not quite a white coloured pencil though, there is brown mixed in. If I asked for a skin coloured pencil and got a white one I'd question whether or not the person knows what skin looks like.

lol of course it's funny... it's funny bc there are skin colored products that are beige/light tan but anything darker is a food or wood or something (mocha, mahogany, etc). Like damn haha can brown be skin color too? (looking at you band-aids)

I voted wouldn't care bc I wouldn't ask that haha, bc I already know the chance of my skin color being called skin is -3%. If a person darker than me said that, I'd ask which color they need...

I don’t think I’d ever have this problem so I’m not gonna worry about it.
Plus people can be specific too instead of stating “the skin colored—-“ because nowadays there’s much more skin color than one.

I'd assume he wanted his skin color not mine, so I'd give him that pencil. If he gets offended, i could just apologize and give him the other pencil.

I'd offer the brown pencil first, then wait to see if he asks for the lighter one. That way he can't possible take offence.
