What is your writing preference... Pencil or Pen?

We know many people type on a computer or phone most of the time.

But if you are taking notes, writing a letter, updating a diary or log, or just doodling, what writing utensil do you prefer... pencil or pen? Feel free to tell us why do you choose that in an opinion.

Pen.

Love pencils but very hard to get the hardness right relative to the paper and thus the darkness of the writing.

Typically I'm using a blue, teal, or black Sharpie for taking notes jotting ideas, etc.

Letter writing is teal or Navy blue ink from a Pilot pen.

At a formal event or party or somewhere else I have a Cross pen engraved with my name that my father gave me when I graduated from high school.

Pencils I use for markups on printed documents and drafts as well as architectural drawings i do for fun.

The flair pens are my preferred writing utensils! I teach kindergarten and I order these exact ones every year! My favorite colors are the lime green, turquoise, purple, and pink! I like them because they're brightly colored and write smoothly. I never use the red one, tho - no kindergartner wants to see angry red on their paper. 💕

A Ultra fine tip Sharpie is my preference...

I use it to write and sign my name.

I prefer pencil. I can make corrections without crossing out misspelled words, change of thought. When I use a ink pen blotches and sometimes leaves a pool ink on the paper and maybe on my fingers.

Actually I like mechanical pencils. However you can't use them for everything.
