Some firmness but there's a "too firm" also. Like implants are just like feeling rocks! Total turn off. But you don't want them so soft that it's like deflated balloons either! LOL

I've never met a stiff boob. I prefer soft & firm, regardless of size. Squishy usually means saggy, but doesn't mean I won't atill play with them. Any boob is a friend of mine 😜
