Do you think it is ok to answer the door in bare feet?

I hope so because I'm barefoot at least 95% of the time. I can go days at a time without wearing any shoes. In the summer I can go a week or two without putting on shoes. When I was younger I even drove, went to stores and restaurants barefoot. (it was pretty common back then)

I really don't see why it would matter answering the door barefoot. I hate wearing shoes and don't wear them any more than I have to. I'm sure as heck not going to put them on just to answer the door.
