What is the average height for men and women in Puerto Rico?

I looked it up, but only one search result came up and it only stated what the average height for men is. For those who live or have lived there, what would you say are the average heights?

My father is from there and I have a lot of relatives there. I would say around 5'8 for men and 5'4 for women.

There's usually a 10% difference, so deduct 10% of the average male height.
