Yes. Why do you think "sagging" became a thing? It was evolutionary. Some hundred years ago or so, when black men dressed like white men, the outline of their dicks was clearly visible. And, of course, the daughters and wives of the white men saw it and decided they needed to have some of that black dick. But then, naturally, the girls felt guilty and confessed to their fathers/husbands, and the black guy got mobbed and lynched. Over time, black men who wore looser pants were more likely to survive, whereas black men with tighter pants were less likely. But since black men have such enormous penises, it doesn't serve to just wear loose pants - they had to actually pull them down a ways so that their cock was not visible at all.

Of course, I made all that up. In reality, there probably isn't much difference in size. But you are not the first to ask this question - in fact, it's so common I'd imagine some black men feel like they are expected to be gods in bed - even though a black virgin is going to be just as clueless as a virgin of any other race. But the pressure to perform has to affect a few.

No, only a hand full of men have big dicks which is not a necessity. Black men fuck like animals so if you like that kind of thing. I think a person you have chemistry with will be better in bed. Asian do have smaller though, that one is not a lie, and i"ve seen black men with Asian two inch punishers, that's even a bigger shock considering they're expected to be bigger.

I don't know. I've heard there's some data that shows they're like 1/2 an inch bigger than whites on average (average is like 5.3 inches though). From the data I've seen where they actually measure guys from Africa they were about an inch smaller than Euro guys. Maybe that was due to poor nutrition? I doubt there's much difference.

I have no idea of what better in bed is. That will vary to the partner. Most girls aren't as into the mechanical part as they are into the connection. If you are mainly into that mechanical part, you are probably not having as enjoyable sex as you can.

Yes and no. Based on a study, black men had the largest penis size, beating caucasians by 0.25 centimeters on average. So yes, they're bigger, but the difference is negligible. I haven't yet dug up anything as to who is better in bed. But if you're basing it on size alone, the answer is yes and no.

It's been proven that on average they are bigger, likely due to white, Western culture not valuing large penises in partner selection for the last 3000 years (until recently) so that put less evolutionary pressure on having larger penises. This wasn't present in africa, so women often had kids with guys just because they had big dicks.
