Why can't I trust anyone?

I don't understand no matter how much sombody proves they care for me I don't trust them I just don't... I can not bring my self to talk to them about what is going on and I hate myself for it

Trust isn’t something that you can order from Amazon lol. It takes time to build trust. You don’t need to “prove” how much you care about them. It becomes obvious after a certain amount of time. If you’ve some bad experiences in past, I suggest you to move on. Don’t let the demons from your past haunt you (Sorry ghost rider, I borrowed your line😂)

That means you most probably have trust issues. I have them too and I think it's a good thing to have imho; doesn't let you make mistakes. Me personally, I don't always talk to people that deep and informal; just for the purpose of work.

Well you don't have trust anyone just like that, yeah? It is gonna sound a bit bitter but it's good that you don't trust people. I have these issues too. The best I can advice you to do is that don't do things/get attached to that extent which can make you feel bad if your trust is broken. Maintain a safe distance. If you really wanna trust someone ACTUALLY from within yourself without getting yourself hurt, that's gonna require some hard work, observations and time. Relate to the matters/happenings and observe why would someone be friends with you/talk to you. What good can you do to them, according to them etc etc. It's always better to take precautions to prevent yourself from potentially getting hurt.

Could be you had your trust broken before and are afraid to open up again. If that’s not it, it could be you’re more of a private person who doesn’t want to ‘bother’ others with problems. Trust issues, they’re a difficult thing to get behind. People are out to get eachother for self benefit. I tell people outdated problems but still keep away my deepest problems.
