Is an uneven torso unattractive?

My torso is quite similar to the one pictured below. It's something I've always been insecure about, but do other people even notice this? Am I overthinking it?

Attractivness aside, this is extremely unhealthy and you need to correct it ASAP. I had a body like this, and it was all fine until one day it wasn't. For over half of a year I was unable to eat, sleep, walk or do anything properly, I felt like I was going to die all the time etc. and it was all thanks to my crooked spine that pressed blood vessles and limited the amount of blood my brain was getting. It took a long time to fix. So start fixing it right now before you find yourself in the same situation, because trust me, it feels HORRIBLE

My gosh, sorry you had to go through all of that. I hope you're doing better now. I'd love to get it fixed, but I'm too old for a brace and it's not severe enough for surgery to be considered. I'm currently doing yoga and exercises to manage the pain, and my doctor said it likely won't affect me later in life.

You don't need any surgery or braces, it can be fixed with a set of simple exercises (light type of exercises that don't require you to be fit or strong), and you must do them every day. That's how I fixed my condition.

No, no, this is something different, little known but VERY effective. I have a Word document on my computer with those exercises from my doctor, but it's in my native language, so I can translate it tomorrow then upload it and send you the link if you are interested

I don't think its visible in the daily life under clothes, or at a distance when you're walking I don't know.
But yes I find it romantically unattractive.

It might not be optimal (seems like it could also be impractical for you, do you experience pain?), but definitely not a dealbreaker it’s just one of the many things that make you special

I experience pain if I don't regularly do my exercises, or if I walk too much in a single day, but I'm pretty used to it so I don't notice it often.

No. It's not really noticeable in clothing, and out of clothing it's the last thing on my mind. At worst I would be concerned about your health, and that would be just because I cared about you.
