lol I watched a First Look episode where a guy did this. It was all fun and games until he had to cuddle a big fat guy. Not sure I could comfortably cuddle a dude. I could cuddle any female, but if I'm cuddling guys as well then not likely.

I'm not cuddling with someone I'm not intimate or planning to be intimate with. It's too weird. I saw that article about men cuddling in a session, and I'm like, "dude I'm not fucking gay. I'm not holding a man like that. That's not okay. I'm barely comfortable doing that to a girl. Especially if I don't know them well."

I've been to several cuddle therapy sessions. It's like a massage, but more casual , and with full body touch. I strongly recommend it.
