We were all born naked, there should not be a problem with exposing skin anywhere. Yes it is used to attract a lover, the same as all living creatures on the planet, who use their own natural mating routines to get sexual pleasure, or at least procreation. I am a nudist, I rarely wear any clothes, try it, you might like it.
I was more interested in how u think about them! R u a fan? Do u not mind them? Do u think their actions r positive and/or moral? Or do u find them gross, intolerable?
Welp in America u can do. what ever legal stuff u want to do so yea but for. me. idc cause I have a girlfriend but even if I were. single I most likely wouldn't. go for them
