A couple minutes. I'd simply sit, push my legs through my arms so that my hands would now be in front of my body, and untie the rope with my teeth. I actually did this numerous times when I was a teenager.

Probably not long, first thing I would do is bend my body enough to get my hands back in front of me then find something to hook or cut the rope while wriggling out of it
