How to give yourself a busted lip?

How can I hit myself or what can I ram my face into to give myself a busted lip? Also how much force would I need? Needing the most effective and fastest way to get it done.

I dont know how old this post is or if you still need to know but one time I scratched my lip with my nail vertical and the next day I had a busted lip
