Post very model/posey looking pictures of themselves and make it look professional.

Like why would they do it?

Yes they do tend to have big egos

To show off /impress

Many do it and are still Humble/normal

Some do it because they have big egos, some do it because they have low confidence, some do it just because.
Like with literally everything, everybody will have their own reasons.
