I tried keeping a diary at one point. I don't think that I was doing it right. It never helped me feel better mentally writing about my health problems and how I felt about it. About a month went by and I figured that I would go back and read it. Wow I have a super depressing life. I didn't realize that my parents were around more than I thought when I needed assistance of any kind. To this day they still are. More so than when I was writing in it. My therapist suggested I start one after my late wife and unborn son passed. I told her the vist after I had read it and she turned white like I had read hers. She was clearly stunned so I asked if there was something wrong with me doing that. She told me that it's a good tool for people to vent about how they are feeling. Over time the human mind will forget things and feelings which is good. She then said that it's a horrible weapon. In a matter of minutes you can go through everything that you went through in a month. Just depends on how long you kept one and how you you put into it. She said that it could be just as devastating as you finding out you lost your loved ones again. I have toyed with the idea of starting a new one... but I don't really like having a proverbial gun that can go off by just looking at it. I used to ask my friends what was the most painful thing that they went through. Most said broken bones and such. Knowing now that mental things cause pain that takes years or never to get over. If given a choice and there was no way out of it. Mental pain or Physical pain. I will take a hammer blow to the leg.
Oh... Well looked from this side, yeah maybe writing down the bad things which you want to forget won't be good idea...
Not a weekly planner but I do have a personal diary that I write in every now and then. The diary is on my USB though, I don't trust people to not look at the paper diary, have to have that information hidden with me and myself alone.
Yeah people look 😂 especially moms
Yeah and I don't trust my family with ANYTHING so I hide everything from them because my mum knows 0% about privacy, my dad knows 0% about care and my sister knows 0% about boys, so I prefer to keep all my personal experiences and thoughts in a safe place.
As for me, I know 0% about math.
For a guy who has never had a relationship, I seem to get MHO for a lot of relationship questions on here and in real life so I would say I know 55% relationship topic.
That's why you're Yoda
Hehe, I appreciate that :) I am interested in trying for influencer though, maybe one day ^_^ Just knowing I am helping people is enough for me though.
Thank you for the MHO, appreciate it :)
Welcome 😊
I keep a diary, I have on and off for years. I write when I've had a particularly interesting day that I think I'd want to remember or anything I need to get off my chest. It does help my memory and handwriting, as well as with my emotions.
I use a diary mainly for appointments and perhaps the occasional telephone no./information etc.
Welcome 😊

I have a notebook where i write down the things that trouble me and also to express myself, like new ideas and thoughts. I like coming back and reading the stuff that I felt. Keeps me going i guess
Also write some stories of love stories *blushes
haha
Oh me too
Great :)
I use a planner for my college classes and I plan to continue it's use outside of school. It's so useful when remembering things and u can journal ur day as well. It's always cool to look back at stuff and read it in the future
Right 😁 isn't it, I like it too
I have Google Calendar. I like it because it gives me notifications. When I was younger I used to use a physical paper planner, which I thought was really great, but I would often miss things if I forgot to check it.
Yes. I have 4 dating back to 1996. I like reading them and my past and all of the idiots I dated and the growing up I did.
Nah. Tried to keep a diary when I was younger, but I never was able to keep up with it.
As a matter of fact I do. It's crazy complicated and a bit loony. I call it... my brain.
I keep notes of important dates and/or dead lines. But nothing beyond that.
I do but i haven't written in it in a while. I don't know why. i always think i should.
