Do you keep a journal/diary/log book?

Do you write daily, weekly, monthly or just randomly?
wWhat goes through your mind when you write? Are you retelling your day’s events, or having verbal diarrhea of the mind you need to process on paper.

Journal. I make entries as it appeals to me. Sometimes a couple times per week, sometimes not for months. I typically write in it to log my life, what I've been going through, if there are any resolutions for things I was previously going through, and what I'm hoping to achieve near future.

I keep a diary and write in it as often as possible! Sometimes it's just verbal diarrhoea whereas at other times it's not. Honestly depends on hot tires I am, haha!

Me too! I write like I’m speaking to myself. Then when I read it back, I see spelling mistakes and words that don’t even make sense.

For me, yes. I don't have the need for a journal. When I die it would probably end up in the garbage. I'm saving a tree by not starting one
