Why is this video considered funny and ok to air on TV for people to laugh at?

How is this any better, than when a boy makes a girl collapse in pain?

Yes, I get that she doesn't feel guilty. But if you don't blame her, JUST because she doesn't feel guilty, she will CONTINUE to not feel guilty.
This is circular reasoning.

And it doesn't matter whether she feels guilty or not. She put a boy in so much pain he collapsed, thought it was funny, and didn't feel a shred of guilt.
THAT alone is enough to blame her. Because her actions seriously hurt someone, and she didn't feel guilt. She SHOULD feel guilt.
