Yes, I get that she doesn't feel guilty. But if you don't blame her, JUST because she doesn't feel guilty, she will CONTINUE to not feel guilty.
This is circular reasoning.

And it doesn't matter whether she feels guilty or not. She put a boy in so much pain he collapsed, thought it was funny, and didn't feel a shred of guilt.
THAT alone is enough to blame her. Because her actions seriously hurt someone, and she didn't feel guilt. She SHOULD feel guilt.

NOONE does anything "to be" an asshole. They do it because they like it. The fact it hurts and humiliates others, and they STILL do it is what makes them an asshole.
She did it because she thinks it's funny when boys are in so much pain that they collapse, and she likes the feeling of power. And she doesn't empathize with him.
And she doesn't feel guilty, and noone blames her.

Also, when boys do this to one another, it's RECIPROCAL. And it's a light tap, usually with the back of the hand, and you do it expecting to be gotten back. You SHARE the pain.
