No, but those are really bad example images. Almost everyone will be creeped out by those. We're creeped out by the holes in the skin because we know that skin shouldn't have those holes. And we're creeped out by bee/hornet nests because most of us have been stung in the past. It's not the holes themselves bothering most people here.
