I have. Twice.
Once by my mom who was teaching me self defense. The other time by a guy at school because he was being a dick and I stood up to him.
The second time wasn't too bad because my mom showed me what it felt like and helped me with core strengthening so that if someone else did it I could take the hit.

Many times... we used to have gang fights when I was in bachelors... And getting punched in stomach or face or getting a black eye was common.
