How's you react if you see a barefoot person in public?

I'd go up to them and warn them to watch where they step if they were barefoot in my home city.

Where I live is a big party town for university students, so there's broken glass from smashed bottles every 6th block or so, on the sidewalk or in the street.

If it were safer, I'd think they were cool. I want to go barefoot but it's risky here.

I'm from Oregon. A lot of people do that. Obviously they aren't allowed to go inside without shoes on, but it's common, I'm used to it, and I do it sometimes as well.

Bare foot could be of choice in the summer but would definitely be nostalgic if i saw one in the winter
