Girls, Were you ever sockless in school with school uniform?

Yea. In winter our school allowed us to wear any kind of shoes or boots that were more suited for the cold that we wanted. So the other girls and I would normally live in Ugg boots. Since you are not supposed to wear socks with Uggs according to the company I never did so I would be sockless in school.

No, I always wore my socks as it was part of my school uniform. I was the clean and tidy looking teachers pet, so had to keep up appearance.

Yes, people did come to school with out socks, the were bare foot and the backs of the shoes would cut the back of the heels and they would need plasters.

Only when they had to hand out plasters, as the teacher weren't too strict about socks, in our school.

I go to UWCSEA in Singapore where the school uniform is a green shirt with a grey skirt and we were required to wear black trainers. So I wore Vans Old Skool (Not the all-black ones but black and white) without socks as it looked a lot better that way. No one seemed to care.

I went to school in New Zealand and at my school we were required to wear sandals without socks during summer.

School uniforms are not obligatory in my country, in primary school that goes until 15 you need your uniform for special occasions. Later in secondary schools which last 3 or 4 years there is no official school uniform but a guideline what to wear for special events. Usually white long armed shirt, black knee long skirt and black shoes. Of course teachers will make you down if you come with red pumps but black boots on decent heels are okay.
