No! Because women get boobs and sex appeal, as a trade-off. Almost no man can exploit "his sexuality" and hypnotize men with it. Likewise, almost no women can deadlift 300 pounds like it's nothing. Almost no woman can go being lonely without choice, and almost any woman can get a man. Some men WILL die alone and virgins, however. Also, women give birth to the species, making them objectively more important, as far as biology is concerned. A womb is irreplaceable, but sperm is cheap and plentiful (and many men probably have gallons worth absorbed into tissues and washcloths from porn each year!).

So, physical strength and durability is one advantage men have, which is why men are workhorses and laborers in society, and sexuality, dating superiority, and childbirth are the advantages women have. Both help each other survive in this world.

Men were made to be stronger because they needed to hunt and get food while the women stayed home, took care of, and protected the children. But now women can exercise and workout to get physically stronger.

Men and women need each other. Women want men's hardness and protection, men want women's softness and comfort. Of course not all women are soft or every man a shield, but these qualities naturally compliment each other. There are women I wanted to shield, but they weren't mine to shield. When I find the woman I'm allotted to protect, I will at cost of death. Everyone has different abilities, but they all are needed and have their own fulfillments. I personally find it hard to hit people, but if someone were to try to attack a loved one under my protection all bets are off, you will see 220 lbs of rage coming from his 6'2" Man. Women and men compliment each other, you aren't weak, just with a different set of abilities and plan.
