Closest thing would be to go to a place that has fish as the main food source like along the coast or an Island country but by flight it would take over 24hrs to get from where I live to any Island country and its over 24hours to drive to the closest coast from where I live and I don't see it worth the effort just to see what real fresh fish is supposed to taste like because the fish where I live is gross wether it's from a restaurant or made at home and its why I don't eat fish but I've been told it tastes a lot different where it's the main food.
