Can a package still arrive the next scheduled day if there was a shipment exception weather delay (Fedex)?

If there's no other weather delays, then it should be delivered on their next scheduled day. The worst you can have is a long-lasting pending delivery date.

My FedEx package has been stuck in Wisconsin for two days, and I'm in Dallas. Lol.

Well it depends if your doll took over the airplane it might be a little bit late getting back to you yeah you should be fine it should be the next day but they will get it to you

Been there and no. They always come the day after it's scheduled or two days after.

Yes, except the Post Office is a complete mess now thanks to Trump's Postmaster who messed things up deliberately before the election. Don't be surprised if you never get it - it's happened to me more than once lately.
