They are flightless birds that live in New Zealand. They thought went extinct until they were found to be still living in 1948. I love their colors and how ancient they look!!

There are also kiwi in nz who are flightless but have been on the decline since Europeabs came in the 19th century. Dogs, stoats, possums ate the biggest kiĺlers
Just like the dodo and I'm pretty sure they're prehistoric or something around that time, can't quite remember. Can't they even fly a little bit, like get a bit off of the ground or just jump instead?
