It's going viral. It's from South Africa. The driver rammed both of the attackers cars and disabled them. This is what the car looked like afterwards.

It's quite disturbing how calmly the guy on the right side is scrolling through his phone.

I think he was more in shock and didn't know what to do. The driver is experienced and knows how to handle the situation but this guy is just sitting there. First he holds two guns even though they're not really useful in this situation and then the other guy tells him to call their escort vehicle and he can't manage that either because he's too nervous. I don't think he was calm at all ^^
