It's my 18th birthday! What should I do?

I actually have class this morning along with dance practice in the afternoon, but I'm free after 6pm. What do I do on a depressing day like remembering I'm still alive but alive in the majority now? Hahaha... 💀

Well a birthday is only depressing if you let it be that way. I had one where I realized it was my birthday waking up in my car on side the road in Illinois freezing my ass off and on the run. I wasn't caught though, so it was a good birthday present lol.

Try to enjoy yourself, being alive, spending time with your family and friends. The older you get the less meaning your birthday parties have. Live it up, don't give in to Debbie downer thoughts before you even try to see what you and your friends can pull together.

Even a bag of charcoal, car wheel (remove the tire) with a grill on top and some chicken can turn out great. It's all about if you're open to being happy, and have people around you with the same attitude. If you try and it still flops, then you can be depressed about it, but at least try first potato ;)

Congrats! There are many things that you can actually do on your birthday. I say maybe I didn't make it a movie night with a new movie you never seen before, maybe get a new game that you never played before, or maybe actually try to beat that one game you didn't have a chance of completing. Since we don't necessarily know what your interests are, that's the only thing that I can definitely say for now.

So maybe spend some time researching what you could do? You can now play the lottery. Maybe buy a ticket!

You can for sure do that in a day. Trick is to enlist and get the signing bonus first, then go to the gun-store and buy a long-gun as you won't be able to buy handguns until you're 21. Recruitment numbers are so low right now, you could probably score a 4 on the ASVAB and get in with a bonus.
