How to stop Facebook hackers?

My Facebook has been hacked it said my hacker is from Virginia I'm in Ohio I never been to Virginia. It said in the settings log out of all sessions or something like that. Its showing my phone information is from Virginia. Is there a way I can stop this hacker? What will log out of all sessions do? How do I fix this?
