Possibly, I haven't been diagnosed but I do have episodes where I just don't feel right. I think it may be depression, but I am just stubborn to get an opinion from a physician as I normally don't talk about my emotions. It's not a good feeling, but I don't know if I would call it a struggle unless I am just in that much denial about it since I am "use to it" as I have dealt with it for as long as I can remember, as a child.
Maybe, but it's possible. It is a common thing I go though and it just sucks. I just wish it was easier to talk about, as it's unfortunate in my opinion I have become "use to it" to the point I have become good at making it when it comes around. It doesn't always last very long as I know some people can feel depressed for a while, but it really depends as it's like in little episodes that come and go.
I could go on and on about how I feel though, but with the fact I "don't feel like its true" (hence the denial when I know somethings wrong), it doesn't feel real talking about my emotions for when I do feel this way... if that makes sense.
Yeah I still do. But after going to therapy and hard lessons I think I’m coping better everyday. But I still have my moments where it gets severe.
Anxiety yeah but It doesn't affect me much anymore but no to depression
