I was talking to a girl I dated a long time ago and I was a bodybuilder at the time. She told me that her personal trainer that worked there didn’t like me. She told me a lot of other guys made comments as well. It was all men. I was a big dude. Usually the biggest one at the time, but I always went out of my way to help others and be kind. I picked up after myself. Cleaned the equipment. I was extremely courteous to other people trying to use equipment. This was just a normal big chain gym. The negative comments ranged from so many things and I had been nice to a lot of these specific people. A lot of the shit they said was not even true. I guess I was kind of surprised hearing all this. A lot of guys loved talking to me at the gym and a lot of guys just hated me from afar. Have any other bigger guys dealt with this? How did it make you feel?
