Body tone. Fatness in the thighs. Ankles too. Female. Now, one could have alter their body to look like a woman... but for "me" those who alter try to hard to be feminine or masculine. Hands as well will show one's gender. Eyes.. Window to the soul. If you're in tune with people's spirit, you see it even though they have changed.

It could be either as could the ass. But the hips look kind of female as they seem wider even though the pic is not that detailed.

The wide hips, the rounded ass, the tight knee (men have thicker knees) and the slender calves (men have either bigger or more defined calves) along with the slightly chubby ankles, (and of course the skin). All that shows she's a thick woman.
