I witnessed one today. So funny. We were having an optional team building get together to get to know our co-workers and play bingo. At the beginning of the meeting someone forgot to mute their mic before they said “I’m just doing this stupid team building bullshit.” Whoops!

The thing is, it was optional!!! If you don’t want to play bingo with your co-workers don’t go. Lol

OMG, you guys! I can’t even. “Mr. Bullshit” just sent over an “apology.”

“It was brought to my attention that during the bingo event last week someone was heard having a side conversation with their microphone on during the event. Apparently a portion of the conversation was perceived as negative. There was speculation the voice heard may have been mine, and if so, i sincerely apologize if you or anyone else were offended in anyway as it would not be my intent.”

LOL!! GOOD ONE!! Unfortunately, I am considered an "Essential Worker" in grocery, and I went to work, every day, and did what I normally do, minding the CDC recommendations, and being safe, the ways I KNOW, having a Biology degree.
I NEVER got sick, but was close, and exposed to many IDIOTS, that didn't listen, and stay home. But I never got it, knowing about viruses, and cleanliness protocols!!
I was on some Zoom meetings with some, and it was mostly wardrobe "malfunctions" and just good laughs, and those of us, in the office, not saying anything, and just waiting to see who would!! Like when someone has broccoli, in their teeth, on a "date"!! how do you tell them, and not embarrass them. Well, on a date, it is just between you both, but in a meeting, with 8 others, and one is showing A LOT more than she/he should, with a bad camera angle!!
The Wretched MUTE button!! LOL!! The cause of many apologies, and bad feelings, over the last year!!

A zoom chat a woman forgot to mute her mic.. and all we heard was a loud UHHHH... and the speaker said please mute your mic. I am not sure how no one cracked up laughing... I muted mine and died of laughter for 5 minutes it was hilarious

All my zoom meetings have been for virtual court. The only thing close that I've seen is the judge jumping off the meeting because you could hear one of the lawyer's secretary everytime he unmuted his mic. The judge kept asking the lawyer if the interference was from him and the lawyer kept saying no judge, I don't know where it's coming from, but it was obviousto everyone that it was him. I'm just so glad the judge was focused elsewhere to have not seen me laughing my ass off because he was absolutely LIVID🤣

Most of my Zoom meetings have been court hearings and even though it is conducted by Zoom, it is still formal and there is no room for bloopers.
