I cannot simply give this question a yes or a no because it would really depend on other data. Someone could have themselves as their background for many reasons. Narcissistic ones wouldn't be my first thoughts.

I had to keep a blog when I was in college. In Blogger there was a "next blog" feature where you could check out a random blog. Talk about self centered people. Everyone wanted you to see how awesome their lives were.

No, just they have too much time on their hands. I wouldn't have the time or the energy to bother setting that up. I only use the phone to make and receive calls with the occasional text.
