a lot of times dreams are confusing , however dreams about people we know or having boyfriend/ girlfriend are pretty open and don’t need analysed.

It means that you are probably coming to the age of realizing romance and/or starting to understand the feeling of having a significant other. It doesn't necessarily mean you want a boyfriend It's just your body recognizing feelings.
