If you are on your phone all night and it’s keeping you up, the phone needs to be taken away around 7PM so you can wind down from all the texting and YouTube or whatever - so your brain can calm down from all the stimulation. Read a book and get a good nights sleep. Growing kids need rest. Especially during the school year.
