You might have dislocated a joint, or injured a muscle or tendon. I hope you reported the accident to your boss or HR. If you live in Canada you might be eligible for workers' compensation. It provides benefits, medical care and rehabilitation services to injured workers and anyone with an occupational disease. I don't know about the rest of the world but there should be something similar available in most places.
