I got very weak hands?

So when i handshake someone, they would tell me that i need a firmer hand grip even tho i grip as hard as i can. I know i'm weaker than average, but Is that normal?

I wouldn't say it's normal. Not that way for me at least. You just need to strengthen your forearms though.

Be sure to warm up well though. And to not go too hard too fast. Especially if you have any wrist issues. After working out my forearms one day, apparently went too hard & my wrist has never been the same ever since. I can't bend it some ways or it will pop out of place & I don't be able to bend it. Now if my wrist feels like it's prone to popping out of place, I give my extensor carpi radialis brevis a quick massage & it feels better & less susceptible.

You should try those hand exercises with the spring things. It’s the opposite with me because my grip is so strong that they are wow that’s quite a grip you have

No, it's not normal. Men are judged as having stronger personalities if they can shake hands with a good grip.

True. I only experience women having a weak grip. But i get suprised, because many of them are also using all their power, while gripping. But i should work out.
