Yes, I've experienced biokinesis before. It's lame as f*ck. You can't change eye color, though. Just things like not peeing when you really have to! And like, holding in a fart.
Hundreds of resources, they all provide partial answers. Honestly it takes meditation and belief. It’s not magic but you can’t do anything unless you believe you can. It’s mentioned in most religious texts to some degree. It’s mind over matter. The reason a slender woman can pull a car off her pinned child.
Very; and I’m no expert. But you must harness the power that surrounds us all the time. You can even see it with proper training. I cannot remember the name of the book I read that taught me that, but it’s real.
So like what do you think of when you meditate? Is it something general such as “I want a big body” or do you start by imagining your arms bigger and then torso, legs etc?
I do believe yes I do believe I also believe that we have an inner energy we have a soul or spirit and we have energy people say they have a good feeling it's your energy that is telling you that feeling it's a guide is a teacher and it warms this. We are all basically special people that can do special things but you have to understand energy first
