I'd assume its some kind of random act of kindness, might try to observe their interactions with others or look it up. Small amount I wouldn't question, if i did i might check if the bills are counterfit

I would question it in case there is something in return they wish to explain. If they say there is nothing like that I would also say there are certianly other people who need it more than me. And if that doesn't deter them I'd just take it.

  Well, the reason I ask is because someone insisted to give me a 20 a few days ago. Nothing happened afterwards. I have to admit... I had just gotten off work so my clothes were messy... I don't want to say what I thought this person was thinking but I think you can fill in the holes.
