I'll go first. I hate my teeth. I would say I have a crooked smile. But, people always tell me I have a beautiful smile. Ironically enough lol.

It used to be my weight, but I’ve lost 130 pounds through diet and exercise. I have a feminine lean toned build but it’s hiding under some extra skin. Not too much to the point where there’s just loose skin flaps, but left me with crepey skin on my stomach and thighs.


As a 24 year old, this sucks. I want to be able to show off my new body in a teensy tiny bikini but the skin is just something that I don’t want people to see. I’m trying to overcome it, and I have seen some of the skin shrink due to working out and building muscle, but overall, I hate looking at it. My boyfriend tells me every chance he gets that I’m sexy and that he loves how soft my skin is, that I’m beautiful and that he can’t get enough of me, which is helping alter the way I view myself. Damn, thank you for that! The skin is definitely hard to get over, but I’m trying to appreciate my body after all that I have put it through.

My motivation? I was tired of being the fat friend mainly; I’ve always had a beautiful face but I had been overweight since I was about 7. People said the most horrible things and it really affected the way that I viewed myself. I would eat my feelings and because I was so young, I didn’t know anything about proper nutrition or exercise. It didn’t help that my dad was on chemotherapy and lost a lot of weight, skin and bones, and we, my mom and myself, needed to make sure he gained weight in order to survive, leading to all of us eating high caloric meals.

Anyways, bullying sucked and boys were too afraid to date the fat girl, regardless of how they actually felt about me— I actually talked with some of them and they confirmed this— and ultimately I became really depressed. I wanted to be able to wear tiny clothes like my friends and have the confidence to pull them off, both literally and figuratively lol, go on dates, have fun at parties, and be seen as something other than fat for once in my life.

Obviously, looking back on it, these were not good reasons to lose the weight. I understand now that being a healthy weight is important for my overall health and wellbeing. Healthy body=healthy mind=healthy soul.

Feeding myself the right foods and the right amount of food became a priority, and exercising became easier, especially knowing there would be results that would help me reach my body and mind goals.

If you’re looking for help, I’m on a Reddit forum for weight loss and that was helpful in hearing people’s stories and specifics on how they were achieving their goals.

I also use the app MyFitnessPal, the free version allows you to set obtainable goals and how to reach them, giving you the exact macros and calories needed to reach your goal. Hope that helped!

Yes definitely! But I’m determined to over come it.

Sure. I got the classics braces and it fixed everything. It also made my lips more plump. Definitely worth the money, wait and pain!

Most of the time I have good confidence and I like pretty much everything about myself. But some times a small insecurity about my height flares up. I don't think I have a bad height, I'm just under 6' feet at 181-182cm (5'11), but yeah, sometimes I feel like a few extra cm might have elevated me much in attraction.

I'm not into being ripped like a hulk either. That's just way too much work for not so worthwhile results.
But I do care about my appearance and looks because I like being beautiful. Not primarily to impress the opposite sex but it's still nice to do that while I'm at it (because why not?). I've been involuntarily ugly before when i was younger. So I prefer being beautiful.

You said you are not attracted to "super hot guys". Maybe - just maybe - that could also be the reason why women wouldn't scope me out?

Just a cyst I was born with in between the brain and skull that was removed a week be fore my ninth birthday. As for the smell easy to change. Just take showers every day , deodorant, brush teeth , foot powder , body spray. More like I don't have sense of smell so I'm at everyone's mercy , Wich I tell them to let me know.
