My guess would be praying, or doing that hands folded bow thing Indian people do in movies (and possibly also in India; I've never been), which I think is rooted in similar ideas of respect and gratitude.

I wouldn't think high fiving, mostly because of the lack of thumbs.

I think both hands belong to the same person (as they both have the same color) so I think it's praying.
