The bigger lips and nose probably have to do with cooling. Increased bloodflow to your skin in cooler locations occurs when you are overheating. Anywhere airflow and sweat can pass will help to regulate your bodies core temperature. So if your genetic line evolved in a hot climate like sub Saharan Africa around the equator in hot tropical jungles and on the edge of a never ending desert, it sees useful. People with those traits were better able to survive in that location than those with opposite traits. The opposite would be true for cold climates where you need to hold on to heat to survive. Thus they where naturally selected for in that region. As far as higher fat deposits in ass and hips, that infers that they were less successful at acquiring food... There would be long periods of famine, thus when a successful hunt occurred, in order to survive until the next meal you'd need to pack away and store as many calories as possible.

So I r ad about this year's ago. It's hotter in Africa so the larger lips and nostrils allow heat to escape faster. Since Europe was colder Europeans had smaller noses and lips and this made the air you breathed in take longer to exit, keeping in hot air. Our hair is different because Europe is very windy and the hair helped to shield our faces better. In Africa it gets extremely humid. Their hair is a much better protector against humidity, rain, and mold. Bone structure reflects rh adaptations for high altitude and mountains giving Europeans different build. Africans tended to be better geared for flat land and moving quickly.

Generally speaking... genetics. Sub-Saharan Africans has waaaaaay more genetic diversity than anything outside of that area though. So you'll find black chicks that look white or Asian feature wise... and also find gorilla looking maculanized looking stock. We (anybody genetically outside of sub-saharan) have our ugly monsters too. That's why we need their ugly monsters to take our ugly monsters out of the breeding cycle amongst us, but don't be afraid to take one of their gems either.
