What's the longest you've ever been on hold with customer service?

The longest time for me was an hour.

Almost 3 hours, but at my work there was a customer that called in right before 6pm and the phones got turned off, everyone went home... the customer waited on hold until 6am when the morning shift came in and took the call.

1 hours and 10 minutes so I just put the phone on speaker and did other things while I waited for someone to come on the line.
