I know you can handle it. You just haven't figured out how yet. Gratitude is a great tactic. Perhaps it is the tactic. Don't think about what you don't want. Don't worry. Think about what you do want and give thanks that you are getting it. Give thanks for everything. Look for the good. If you're always looking right you won't see the demon that is to the left of you. Oddly you can give thanks for everything. The pandemic is seen as bad but for me it has been great. Example of the good is, gas prices were low last year, families were together more; I am sure you can find more if you look. Less traffic on the roads last year. All those are gone now but on the plus side there are vaccines now. Anyway you get my point. You have to find a way to remote control your mind. Your thoughts are buttons. Don't let life remote control you.
